Day 34 Holywell St.

Holywell Street is this cute little street that is right in the center of all the colleges of the University of Oxford. There is no parking and barely a sidewalk.  I imagine that this is where the students used to live in the 1800’s and early 1900’s.  I took this picture because, although the buildings are very similar, they are actually very different.  Different enough to stare at them for a while to find all the little detail and uniqueness in each building.  I also like the way that they are all lined up along this street and how the street curves out of view before the end of the houses.

Adjustments: contrast, hue, vignette

Until tomorrow, good night.

  1. as always, another great picture. How long did you have to wait there until there were no people?? I find it is always very busy through there.

Let me know what you think!
