Day 163 The Vicky Arms

Sunny day and a trip to the “Vicky Arms” aka The Victoria Arms.  There are three ways to get to the Vicky Arms: drive, walk, or boat ride up the Thames.  My favorite way is to punt from the Cherwell boat house, but I have walked a few times from Oxford University Parks.  All I know is that no matter how you choose to get there it is worth the trip.  The food is good, the beer is perfect, and the view is stunning on a sunny summer day.

Until next time,

  1. Is this a new one to colour in on your Oxford pubs poster ?

  2. It is! I colored it is a while ago because we have been there a few times. It is one of our favorites to go to. Whenever we have someone visiting us we take them punting up the Cherwell and stop for lunch. Have you been?

Let me know what you think!
