Day 198 Folly Bridge Pub

This is not an easy pub to find, but it is a great example of a local pub.  We walked in on a late Sunday afternoon.  A football match was on and the pub was full with locals discussing the match and enjoying a pint.  We found a table and enjoyed the atmosphere that can only be found in a pub on a Sunday afternoon with a football match on TV.

Folly Bridge Pub is on Abington Rd.

Until next time,

  1. Wow the local pub looks fancy.. and its a beautiful architectural building if I say so myself. Wonderful shot

  2. I’ll have to look this one up next time I’m in Oxford with Hubby, he’s always up to try out a new pub. 🙂
I spotted the pushbike sneaking into the picture too. 🙂 Don’t they get just everywhere. 😀

Let me know what you think!
