Day 291 A Writer’s Inspiration

For the last three years I have been lucky enough to live in a magical place, where writers were inspired to write some of the worlds greatest children’s fiction.  Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, The Chronicles of Narnia, The Hobbit, and even Harry Potter all have a history in Oxford.  This door is said to be the inspiration that C.S. Lewis to add Mr. Tumnus the Faun and to Make Aslan a mighty lion.  The saying goes that he walked past is one night, voila, a wonderful children’s story is born.

Until next time,
